Hi OTF Friends,

Wanted to let you know that we work on entries until noon on Wednesday. We are also unable to create a meet until the other team submits their entries, too. By midafternoon on Wednesday, everything will show for swimmers. The Volunteer Assignments will be out later this afternoon.

Don't worry if you're not seeing anything in SwimTopia yet for your swimmer. Coaches are evaluating daily if kids should compete. We're seeing kids who aren't ready to compete at the beginning of a practice but then seem ready by the end, and visa versa. Returning swimmers and older kids may already show events. The youngest and newest swimmers are still works in progress.

Tomorrow the diving blocks will be out. While a swimmer doesn't have to use them, it gives the pool an entirely different feel to new swimmers. We will contact you if your child isn't swimming at all. 

If you didn't get your team gear today, pick it up at night practice tonight or practices tomorrow morning. If your order isn't correct, let us know and we'll work to fix it.

Thank you for your patience, the first meet is the hardest to figure out, it will be easier next week.
