Practice Schedule for Mondays - Friday Mornings
1st Practice: 7:00 - 8:15 AM
2nd Practice: 8:00 - 9:00 AM
3rd Practice: 8:45 - 10:00 AM
Swimmers may be assigned to a practice group by coaches after they are evaluated.
Night Practice Schedule
We will have evening practices available for ages 10+ on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 8-9 pm. Only 2 lanes are available for us to use.
