Here's some useful info from SwimTopia about how to get and use their app to see things live as the meet is under way. The free app will also show information after the meet is finished but results don't post in real time. You should use your login information from registration, there is no 'team login'.
To download the SwimTopia mobile app, which is the companion app for Meet Maestro, go to your app store:App Store

Once you’ve downloaded the free app, log in with your SwimTopia login information (the same login credentials you use for your team's website). If you don’t have a team login, use the option to “Continue as Guest.” If you’d like to upgrade to Pro for live meet updates: click on an upcoming meet -- from there, you should see several buttons that you can tap to “Try Pro for Free” for a 7-day free trial. You must allow in-app purchases. If you’d like to receive upcoming swim alerts and live results notifications, make sure you have Favorite swimmers and your notifications are turned on.
