Good afternoon OTF Families!

Here are the details for our meet tonight at home against the Windsboro Waves (WBO). This is a large team of seasoned swimmers there will be some very competitive racing to watch. The weather is supposed to be beautiful. Bring plenty of fluids, bug spray, and whatever you have to keep your crew comfortable. Remember to park on one side of the street only.

The Volunteer schedule is out, be sure to look at your SwimTopia app to see what your job is if you received an email that you're working.

Location: The OTF Pool

Parking: Please park on one side of the street and follow the pattern. Be mindful to not block driveways or fire hydrants. The parking lot near the pool is reserved for coaches, league reps and concessions.

Events: Try to have your swimmer’s events written on their arms prior to the meet but older swimmers will help anyone who doesn’t have that done.

Warm-Ups: Home team swimmers need to arrive by 4:30pm. Our warm-up time is 4:45-5:15 pm. Meet by the team flag in the grassy area for dryland and to walk on deck together in groups. The meet will begin at 6:00pm.

Volunteers: Please check in at the volunteer table near the Concessions area. Timer and Stroke & Turn Judge meetings will be held at 5:50 pm near the announcer's table.

Crash Zone: Swimmers may again set up on the pergola and nearby pool deck. Families should set up in the grass and come in to watch racing.

Concessions: We are serving hamburgers and hot dogs off the grill. You can buy just sandwiches or meals with chips & drinks. Remember, concession sales help support the team! We encourage families to bring plenty of water to keep everyone hydrated. SSL rules about no alcohol being consumed at a swim meet are expected to be followed and will be enforced.
