Hello Team,

We’re canceling 3rd practice due to storms and lightning within the area. The status of the meet is up in the air. We’ll let you know the plan for it later today. 

If we do run the meet tonight it will be with these modifications:

• No team pictures 
• Limited concessions will be sold
• Families will set up in the parking lot and on the pool deck. The grass is too muddy and will make the pool deck a mess and dangerous.
• Please send your swimmer with minimal family members
• All volunteers still need to report

This is one of those crazy weather days where we won’t know until very close to the meet if it can happen. We’ll be in touch. We appreciate your flexibility I and cooperation!
